Do I need to change how I get leads?
No. It works with the sources you already use — Google Business Profile, website forms, Facebook, ads, calls, texts, and email — and provides a dedicated number for calls and texts. It doesn't replace your marketing; it improves what happens after a homeowner reaches out.

You tap send, so it goes out from your own number and lands as you. (We never cold-text a homeowner on your behalf; that isn't legal, and they'd ignore an unknown number anyway.) The homeowner taps the link, confirms their name and mobile, and the assistant texts them right away — qualifies the issue, and follows up until they book or decline. Can it keep up during storm season?

What if an insurance claim is involved?
It asks insurance-related questions up front — whether a claim's been filed, whether the homeowner has spoken with their insurer, and what damage is reported — and attaches those details so you know what you're walking into before the inspection.
Which states do you serve?

How do pricing and cancellation work?
Flat monthly pricing with no intro period: Starter is $199/mo (up to 25 leads/mo), Growth is $399/mo (up to 75 leads/mo), and Elite is $599/mo (up to 150 leads/mo). The price on each card is the price you pay every month. All fees are non-refundable. No contracts, cancel anytime, no hidden fees.
If your monthly volume runs over your plan's lead cap, we adjust your pricing to the right tier on your next billing cycle — and we email you at least 5 days beforehand, so there are no surprise charges. To cancel, just email billing@roofleadhq.com anytime; your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
